Are you a recent graduate who is searching for an ambitious, yet welcoming school in which to gain valuable experience of working alongside young learners?

  • **Working alongside KS1 pupils to support growth and development.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in any relevant subject.
  • A passion for the education of young children.
  • Commitment to the wellbeing of KS1 pupils and an understanding of the importance of safeguarding procedures.
  • A natural ability to build strong bonds with children.
  • Previous experience of working with children, or in a school setting, is beneficial but not mandatory.

The Role

  • Aiding teaching staff in the planning and delivery of innovative lessons.
  • Monitoring pupil progress and development to identify extra support needs.
  • Providing 1-2-1 and small group support to under-achieving pupils across all areas of the syllabus.
  • Assisting staff in extra-curricular sessions.
  • Participating in staff meetings and parents' evenings.
