Skills/Experience:
- We are looking for motivated individuals who want to pursue a career within community mental health services
- To assess the health and social care needs of individuals referred to the service, holistically, under the agreed procedures
- Conduct specialist mental health assessments and Risk Assessments and devise appropriate care plans and risk management plans.
- To provide evidence based therapeutic interventions appropriate to the service users assessed needs.
