We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in lettings. This role offers a competitive salary, a bonus scheme, and the use of a pool car. The ideal candidate will have a clean UK driver's license and be able to work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with one Saturday required per month.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conducting viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements.
- Providing excellent customer service to potential tenants and landlords.
- Managing a portfolio of rental properties.
- Assisting with the preparation of property particulars and marketing materials.
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth lettings process.
- Handling inquiries and coordinating appointments.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a lettings role.
- Clean UK driver's license.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
