Role: Finance Business Partner
Company: Our client is a leading international pharmaceutical business based in Uxbridge, Middlesex
Responsibilities: Lead and manage the reporting and performance of the management P&L against agreed targets and the business planning processes to ensure robust business plans are submitted for Specialty Business Division (SBD) and Corporate Divisions (Corporate Functions and Global Functions).

Essential:
- Professionally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW),
- A strong analytical mindset with a high degree of collaboration, customer centricity and commercial focus
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel - ability to work with and develop flexible financial models with various sensitivities.
- Ability and flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
- Continuously prioritise and manage an action list according to importance, complexity and deadlines.
- Excellent cross functional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of personal integrity.
- SAP system knowledge / experience
- A minimum of 2 years Pharmaceutical industry experience.
Desirable:
- Degree- level education
- Strong interest in future overseas assignments
- Prior knowledge of the management reporting suites
