Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate service while representing our company with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle to deliver products to customer locations.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and safety at all times.
- Plan and follow delivery routes to meet deadlines and optimise efficiency.
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure road-worthiness.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any delivery-related concerns.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and road regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid UK Category C1 driving license (7.5-tonne vehicle).
- Full Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, preferably with 7.5-tonne vehicles.
- Good physical fitness for loading/unloading goods.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
