A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Depot Admin Assistant to join our clients rapidly growing team in Felixstowe. This role involves being professional in an office environment and then also working in the yard to prepare a vehicle for hire.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage the day to day running of a busy depot.
- Help prepare vehicles for hire, check vehicles in and out for damage.
- Liaise with customers to arrange servicing & MOTs.
- Keeping the yard tidy and accessible at all times.
- Making sure all health and safety procedures are adhered to and all compliance is done.
Requirements:
- 2+ years admin experience in a similar environment
- HGV/ mechanical knowledge is ideal.
- The ability to multitask is key.
- Must be flexible to work in the yard (prep vehicles) as well as the office.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated approach.
Working Hours:
8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
1 in 4 Saturdays working 8am to 12pm as overtime required.
