Due to having one of the busiest Real Estate teams throughout the Midlands, my client is looking for an experienced Real Estate lawyer to join their team. This exciting opportunity is within a Top 100 law firm and is a result of an expansion within my client's property department!
About the Team and Role:
You'll be joining a supportive and dynamic Real Estate team in its Birmingham office! The property department has over 100 lawyers across their several national offices. Due to a consistent increase in work, my client is looking for you to hit the ground running while being able to provide significant development and progression opportunities. This role will be within the retail, logistics, and leisure sectors and will consist of a broad range of real estate matters including:
- Key focus on landlord and tenant work.
- Providing advice on time and to a high degree of technical expertise.
- Experience in a broad range of Real Estate matters.
- Running your own caseload.
- Meeting with clients.
- Assisting with more complex transactions.
Who does this apply to?
If you are 5+ PQE and looking to develop within a well-established firm, then this opportunity is not one to miss. You will need a track record of meeting financial and hourly targets, as well as having strong organisational skills to deliver processes efficiently. You will also be expected to possess excellent legal drafting skills and can clearly provide concise relevant solutions to existing and new clients.
