Castlefield Recruitment are working in conjunction with a reputable organisation in the West Yorkshire region, who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their team due to a restructure within the department. Duties will include;
- Lead on providing financial advice to various stakeholders, including the allocation of resource and short to medium term objectives
- Work with department heads to evaluate options and implement plans to best achieve desired outcomes
- Lead the monthly management accounts, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
- Lead on monitoring and providing insight and advice on the financial performance
- Deliver financial results against Key Performance Indicators
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a professional Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA)
- Experience of successfully identifying appropriate communication channels to deliver information.
- Possess experience of strategic business partnering within a complex organisation
- Have full exposure to the development of end-to-end business case
- Experience of effectively contributing to organisational vision.
