What You'll Be Doing
You will work closely with Account Directors/Executives to manage a book of corporate commercial clients. Being the client's first point of contact for cover queries, midterm adjustments, quotations for additional insurances, document issue and many other tasks and projects.
Experience & Skills Required
High level of Technical Insurance knowledge or demonstrating that you are working towards
Good telephone manner, strong communication skills
Committed, thorough and accurate worker
Organisational and time management skills are essential as well as a client focused approach
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to work as a member of a team
ACII Qualification preferable or ability to demonstrate that you are moving towards this.
