The Job
At the heart of it, the Customer Relationship Team Leader will be maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, building relationships, and, ultimately, driving business growth forward. You will be making a huge impact, supporting, mentoring, and training your team as well as delivering the top-notch customer service that our client is well-known for.
Key responsibilities:
- Training/ Coach and Lead team members.
- Achieving specific group objectives.
- Assess and improve customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer feedback.
- Delegating responsibilities among your team.

Key Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Track record of being an effective leader.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Must be computer literate.
- Previous experience training employees.
- A valid driver's license and your own vehicle as you will not be able to travel to the premises via public transport.
Salary
From £14.20 per hour.
Location
North Mendips.
Hours
3.00pm/5.00pm to 11.00pm, Monday to Friday. Start times are flexible although, you will be expected to work until 11.00pm.
Part & Full Time considered.
