Administrator – Fast moving environment in Bath
Are you looking for a TEMP to PERMANENT opportunity in Bath within a fast moving environment
Salary: £25-28,000 depending on experience
Hours are Monday to Thursday 9-6pm, Friday 9am – 5pm
This would suit someone with excellent Administration experience, first class customer service skills coupled with an outgoing and team-oriented manner.
Working in a small team and being the face of the company your daily duties will include:
- Providing full administrative support to a small team
- Manning busy 'phones, taking comprehensive messages and passing on to the relevant person
- Dealing with customers and managing their expectations
- Keeping spreadsheets up to date with information using Excel
- Replying to customer emails and general ad hoc office duties
The ideal candidate should:
- Have previous Administration experience
- Be professional, polite and friendly
- Have the ability to work to deadlines
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Possess good IT skills
