Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager - 2-Bed Service
Location: Blackpool, Lancashire
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum
Are you an experienced and passionate leader looking to manage a small, dedicated children's home? Our client is seeking a committed Registered Manager to oversee their 2-bed service in Blackpool, providing care and support to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of staff to deliver outstanding care and support.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain high standards across the service.
- Create and implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of the children.
- Liaise with local authorities, social workers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and experience working with EBD services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving license.
