Finance Manager
£60,000 + £4k Car Allowance + 20% Annual Bonus

I am looking to recruit a Finance Manager ( newly created position) to join my client during a period of accelerated growth.
You will be joining the largest division of the UK business and lead the financial and management accounting activities for a portfolio of key partnerships.
The Finance Manager will play an instrumental role in ensuring the cohesion of providing a full financial and management accounting service to the business.
This is an exciting time to join the business and enjoy a position with a breadth of responsibilities including month end reporting, budgeting & forecasting, MI reporting, business partnering and team leadership.
My client has a big focus on employee development / progression and due to the success / size of their business - there are realistic opportunities for longer term career progression.
About the job:
- Lead, inspire and develop a team of two qualified Accountants
- Preparing monthly financial statements
- Lead various planning cycles including 3 YP, forecasting & budgeting.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales and margin analysis to support business decisions
- Identifying problem areas and opportunities - presenting recommendations to the SLT
- Business partnering with a wide range of key decision makers in the business
- Continually focus on developing appropriate financial controls and improve financial processes.
