Are you looking to progress your HR skills having worked in an HR Administrator role for a couple of years?

Our client is looking to strengthen the support in their HR team and seeking a confident, experienced HR Administrator who has an eye for detail and who can multi task to ensure all activities are achieved to deadlines set.

The role delivers across HR and Training related administrative processes, ensuring excellent attention to detail and ownership of delivery. You will also have the opportunity to support the wider employee base by getting involved as a Charity Champion, Wellbeing Champion and in DEI activities.

Key Background:

  • Minimum education to A level standard.
  • CIPD level 3 or be qualified by experience.
  • Experienced Administrator
  • Able to deal confidently and effectively with employees and partners.
  • Organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines calmly.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Hands on, flexible and proactive.
  • Have a 'can do' attitude
