Our client is a leading custom design and manufacturer in their field, selling their products to a wide range of clients across the UK & Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit 3- 5 experienced
Field Service Engineers
to join their team. This role is responsible for the service, repair and support of a range of Industrial equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Servicing, Maintaining and repairing Industrial equipment
- Installing and commissioning of new equipment
- Speaking directly to clients and handling complaints
- Fault finding, diagnosing and technical problem-solving of electromechanical equipment
- Field-based, travelling the UK and Ireland
Skills & Experience:
- Must have experience in Electrical and Mechanical engineering
- Must have previous experience as a Field based position
- Previous experience in Industrial or commercial workplace
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to resolve customer issues
- A methodical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
- A flexible approach to hours worked, including some weekends
- Willingness to travel UK
- Clean full UK Driving License
Additional Information:
- Please note the Head office is based in Banbury but the role will cover the entire UK
- Around £15K a year in overtime
- Working hours Monday to Friday and one weekend a month, this is a 40-hour working week
