As a Production Supervisor you will work closely as part of the manufacturing team and report into the Production Manager
The main role and responsibilities of a Production Supervisor, but are not limited to, the following:
? Overseeing a team of 10 welders
EN 1090 Familiarisation would be a bonus
? Allocating work to employees, setting production targets and communicating precise instructions
? Responsible for overseeing all facets of the day to day operation, ensuring that product built meets required test and quality specifications
? Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
? Manage a multi-disciplinary team of 10 full time employees
? Reported weekly status of builds to company Management
? Conduct employee meetings
? Ensures that all employees work in a safe manner, in a safe environment
? Responsible for handling customer complaints and initiating corrective action
