Recruitment Co-ordinator

£25,000 + Pension + Parking
This really successful Company need a Recruitment Co-ordinator, it's a new position based in the organisations Head Office where you will be an active contributor to the Company's long term growth plan.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting HR Manager with the recruitment of staff of units based throughout the UK
- Liaising with managers in relation to recruitment needs and advertising vacancies
- Sifting CV's received and co-ordinating interviews for successful candidates
- Tracking interviews, preparing offer/reject letters and issuing contracts of employment
- Maintaining employees database records and amending any change of address and job status information
- Managing relationships with Employment Agencies and specialist advertising portals
