A tremendous opportunity for an experienced Practice senior (or high calibre semi-senior) to join this intimate but thriving firm of Accountants based in the Maidstone area.
The firm represent a wide array of clients across a broad selection of industry sectors ranging from the very small through to UHNWI's.
This opportunity will afford a interesting mix of work coupled with a diverse range of clients. The majority of clients are Kent based but there is also a foothold in London and across the south-east.
You will be responsible for:
Prepare annual statutory accounts, corporation, partnership and personal tax returns.
Prepare monthly and quarterly accounts and VAT returns.
Managing your client portfolio and client relations.
Oversee and review the work of more junior staff and bookkeepers.
Onboard new clients and assist the partners with ad-hoc consulting and systems implementation work as required.
What about you?
You will be studying or qualified ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 5 years experience within practice.
You will have worked as a Semi Senior or Senior Accountant within a practice environment and have hands on experience of accounts, management accounts, tax and VAT.
The role is offered with a strong base salary, elevated holiday entitlement and study support.
