Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
- Being the first POC for all external customers relating to your brand, via telephone, email and live chat
- Fully engage with customers and their requirements, being resolution orientated and efficient in your dealings with people
- Build brand and customer process knowledge to best equip yourself with how best to deal with a situation
- Work with other key stakeholders in the business- namely the warehouse Team leader and Operations manager to ensure a collaborative and unified customer response
- Work with the Ecommerce manager to follow up on content, launch promotions and set up discount codes
- Assist with building marketing campaigns & calender campaigns under the guidance of the ECommerce manager
- Use templates to update texts, images on the website, and use of Adobe creative cloud
Profile
The successful candidate will-
- Be a problem solver
- Work independently displaying autonomy of thought and initiative
- Able to communicate effectively and politely to customers
- Remain professional with a helpful attitude at all times
- Have a strong IT literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Ideally have some knowledge of Gorgias, Shopify and Zendesk
- Positively build customer relationships
- Be confident and polite on the phone and solution orientated
- Fluent English with an added bonus of German or Spanish
