We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Secretary to support our conveyancing solicitors in all aspects of property transactions. This role is integral to ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients and requires a candidate who is committed to delivering high-quality support.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Prepare and draft legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Manage client files and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for conveyancing solicitors.
  • Conduct property searches and handle correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary, preferably in conveyancing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
