Reporting to Senior Leadership Team

Reed is working with a market-leading, fast-paced, and high earning fashion clothes supplier, who are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their expanding team and contribute to the success of the business.

The main purpose of the role will be to drive and grow business, by developing key accounts and increasing client spend, whilst also managing a successful sales team to hit KPIs.

Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of growing company revenue in the fashion, clothing, design, or FMCG industry.

The responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Managing, mentoring and motivating the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and objectives.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Preparing monthly reports on sales performance, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Attending industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Handling any other ad-hoc sales duties as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar sales role within a relevant industry (fashion, clothing, design, FMCG).
  • The ability to lead a team, drive performance, and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to interpret data, create reports, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong time management skills with an understanding of KPI deliverables.
  • Confidence in building relationships with customers and suppliers.
