Responsibilities:
- To ensure the operational health of the M365 environment
- To troubleshoot M365 related issued including connectivity and mobility
- To train and educate end-users on M365 capabilities and collaboration tools
- To create and maintain detailed documentation of M365 processes and procedures
- To support and resolve specific user deployment issues
Requirements:
- Should have a minimum of 2 years' worth of commercial experience
- Should have experience in managing and supporting SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, One Note, Viva Engage and Power Platform
- Should have experience administrating M365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint environments
- Should have an understanding of data sovereignty situations
- Experience with PowerShell would be highly desirable
Salary
They offer an excellent salary of up to £50,000 per annum for the right candidate!
