Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our Wiltshire based client on the recruitment of a Senior Management Accountant.
This Senior Management Accountant role offers growth and succession planning whilst working closely with the Finance Manager and the wider organisation.
The role includes but not limited to, (and most certainly welcomes the employee to grow the position further):
- Produce the month end management accounts
- Budgeting and cash flow forecasting
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Business partnering
- Assisting with Audit
- Ad Hoc analysis and production of financial information
The ideal candidate experience:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (will consider QBE)
- Good systems knowledge - experience of system integration would be beneficial
- Strong excel skills
- Previous line management experience would be beneficial but not essential
The ideal candidate profile:
- Organised and logical thinker
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
- Happy to roll sleeves ups
The package:
- £55,000 - £65,000k DOE
- 3 days in office / 2 days from home
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Succession planning and opportunity to grow in the role
