Role Overview
A leading provider of telecoms and IT managed services seeks a dynamic Account Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with existing clients, driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a designated client portfolio.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize CRM software to effectively manage client information and sales pipeline.
Experience
- Proven track record in account management within the telecoms or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the telecoms and IT managed services market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
