Role Overview

A leading provider of telecoms and IT managed services seeks a dynamic Account Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with existing clients, driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a designated client portfolio.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilize CRM software to effectively manage client information and sales pipeline.

Experience

  • Proven track record in account management within the telecoms or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of the telecoms and IT managed services market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
