As the first point of contact for visitors and businesses, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting visitors with a warm smile and assisting them with any inquiries
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or office
- Providing accurate information to callers and ensuring excellent customer service
- Assisting the management team with organising contractor visits on site
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining filing records
- Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Our client values professionalism and offers an attractive hourly rate of £12.25. With 35 hours per week, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse and fast-paced role.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a friendly and positive attitude. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role will be highly beneficial.
