Posted by Financial Divisions.

Financial Planning Administrator
£30,000 - £38,000 basic salary + discretionary bonus
Work in the pod of a high billing adviser
Adviser solely manages c.£200m AUM
Offices in the City of London (near Bank tube station)

My client is a Chartered independent wealth planning business with offices in Central London who have been operating for over 30 years. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to City professionals, families, business owners retirees and accumulators. Many fall into the HNW category over £1m of assets to invest. This business has a team of highly experienced Chartered Advisers and a full administrative and paraplanning team who support them in a smooth and effective advice offering.

The top billing advisers work in a pod system. One of the highest billing advisers is seeking a brand-new Financial Administrator who can offer end to end administrative support. This adviser manages c.£200m AUM on their own so there are a huge number of clients to be serviced. The role will be administering pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT planning, protections and cashflow modelling.

The role will be office based in the City of London but you can WFH after passing probation or sooner if you prove yourself. This role will suit a career administrator who doesn't aspire to take on a technical role or progress. My client are looking to offer circa £35,000 - £38,000 basic salary plus a comprehensive benefits package and bonus. If a supportive environment where all the staff actively help each other and want to gain the most out of their work is appealing to you whilst also having some fun along the way then this role will be perfect for you.

If this role sounds of interest or any other roles I am working on please get in touch. Contact Peter Fozard at Financial Divisions.
