The Role
You will manage a varied caseload (non volume) of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
- Ensuring all files comply with regulatory and quality standards

About You
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
