We are seeking a temporary ales Administrator for an immediate start to join a busy sales team environment for our key client in Ossett. If you excel in fast-paced settings and have a keen eye for detail, this temporary role offers the opportunity to demonstrate your administrative prowess and customer service skills.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Processing online and telephone orders with precision.
- Communicating effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Advising customers on delivery dates and addressing any queries they may have.
- Efficiently processing sales orders and setting up new customer accounts.
- Utilising platforms such as Amazon and eBay for order management.
- Operating within Sage software to manage sales-related tasks.
- Performing additional administrative duties as required to support the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales order processing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong team player with the ability to also work independently.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer use with a focus on accuracy.
- Knowledge of Sage software is desirable.
- Availability to start immediately.
