Sales Order Processor

We are seeking a temporary ales Administrator for an immediate start to join a busy sales team environment for our key client in Ossett. If you excel in fast-paced settings and have a keen eye for detail, this temporary role offers the opportunity to demonstrate your administrative prowess and customer service skills.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Processing online and telephone orders with precision.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Advising customers on delivery dates and addressing any queries they may have.
  • Efficiently processing sales orders and setting up new customer accounts.
  • Utilising platforms such as Amazon and eBay for order management.
  • Operating within Sage software to manage sales-related tasks.
  • Performing additional administrative duties as required to support the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales order processing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong team player with the ability to also work independently.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer use with a focus on accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Sage software is desirable.
  • Availability to start immediately.
