Job Title: ER Consultant

Job Purpose:
- Provide HR and Employment Law advice and support to clients across various sectors as part of a dedicated team of Employment Law Consultants.
Job Overview:
- Offer legally compliant advice and HR assistance to clients via telephone, ensuring awareness of non-compliant options and associated risks.
- Deliver HR and Employment Law advice to clients across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Meet departmental KPIs, delivering quality Employment Law advice within set SLAs.
- Stay updated on Employment Law and HR best practices.
- Advise clients on Employment Law/HR queries, accurately recording advice and client information.
- Attend legal briefings and internal training sessions to ensure compliance with company services.
- Adhere to departmental protocols to maintain high-quality service.
- Recommend additional company products to clients.
- Attend team meetings and maintain a professional demeanor.
