Are you looking to take the next step in your administrative or customer service career which involves leading a team? My client, a business centre based in Paddington. Are looking for an Assistant Centre Manager to support the Centre Manager with the day-to-day operations of their Business Centre

Role and responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the business centre.
  • Manage the Business Centre in the absence of the Centre Manager.
  • Handle billing for all clients and log invoices and charges on our in-house system.
  • Process catering orders and meeting room requests.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Liaise with staff to ensure queries are responded to within procedural deadlines.
  • Book chargeable services for clients, such as couriers and taxis.
  • Issue and manage receipts for swipe cards, keys, furniture, etc., to clients.
  • Create and issue welcome packs for new clients.
  • Maintain the tidiness and safety of meeting rooms, management office, and vacant offices.
  • Conduct viewings of the Business Centre to a high standard.
  • Manage outgoing and incoming mail for clients.
  • Provide reception cover as required.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties for clients, including filing, photocopying, and report preparation.
