The role can be either 4 or 5days per week including Saturdays.
Residential sales negotiator required for rare property division selling properties in excess of one million pounds for prestige agency in Gosforth, Newcastle on Tyne.

This office has been very busy in recent months with renewed demand for residential and rural property throughout the North east of England. It's an exciting time to join the team and be part of our ongoing growth ambitions. This role will focus on our Rare and prestige housing market, with the opportunity to be involved in sales across the wider area.

Depending on experience, a senior level role may be considered. As well as being customer focused, you'll demonstrate strong skills in collaboration, communication, problem solving, planning & organising and negotiation. KEY REQUIREMENTS
Driving Licence
Proficient in the use of IT systems, including MS Teams, Word, Excel & Outlook.

Basic salary up to £27,000 pro rate + Commission.
