The role;
An opportunity has arisen for a Workshop Machinist to join the Workshop department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this is a key role where the successful individual will be required to manufacture various geometries using CNC and NC machinery, whilst adhering to specific delivery schedules and whilst working to a very high standard of attention to detail and quality**.**
Responsibilites:
- Manufacture of machined components using CNC and NC equipment from a wide selection of materials,
- Liaising with the appropriate Team Leader to deliver products to the agreed schedule,
- Maintaining accurate and traceable records,
- Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards,
- Using computerised systems to maintain CAD data integrity,
About you;
- Mechanical manufacturing (CNC Mill, NC Mill, NC Lathe), mechanical build knowledge & ability,
- Knowledge of CADCAM using various appropriate software options
