?? Role: Temporary Publishing Officer
�? Location: Westminster
? Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
?? Salary: £15 - £18 per hour
�? Our client is a Church for all, online and in every community in England and across Europe. They are dedicated to providing resources for learning and discipleship, and they need your support in taking their publishing efforts to the next level. �?
What you'll be doing:
?? Editing and checking copy for digital and print publications, including apps, emails, and booklets.
?? Proofreading digital and print resources to ensure quality.
�?? Preparing and checking scripts for audio recording, collaborating with the Audio Producer to meet deadlines.
??? Inputting content accurately into Content Management Systems and databases for digital publishing campaigns.
�? Assisting with tagging, uploading, and checking video/audio content on web and app platforms.
?? Carrying out administrative tasks related to publishing.
Essentials for the role:
?? Excellent written communication skills to create engaging content.
? Strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and copy-editing for impeccable publications.
?? Attention to detail to maintain high quality in all work.
? Ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks.
?? Proven experience in publishing editorial content in a digital or blended digital/print environment.
?? Familiarity with web editing and Content Management Systems.
