Onboarding Administrator

Our client is a highly successful and rapidly growing name in Global Logistics.

The Company head office is based at a location just outside Heywood and close to the motorway exit for Heywood.

Our client is currently looking for an Onboarding Administrator to assist their busy team with customer/client onboarding and activation.

What you will be doing as the Onboarding Administrator:

  • Support and undertake customer onboarding.

  • Undertake all associated onboarding tasks-

  • Set up the system for the customer.

  • Organise teams meeting and undertake the training with up to 15 customers on one call.

  • In house troubleshooting, involving label misprints, printing errors.

  • Account set up and activation.

  • Respond to queries relating to the in-house bespoke systems.

  • Day-to-day front-end support including resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.

  • Communicate daily with key departments.

  • Undertake general day to day office administrative processes, communicate via emails and telephone.

  • Various ad hoc tasks

What you need to bring:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident with leading meetings in person and online
