Location: Bermondsey, London
Salary: Up to £27,500
Reports to: Residence Manager
Hours: Full-time/Part-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service

  • Be the first point of contact for students

  • Build relationships and understand student needs

  • Respond to enquiries via email, phone, face-to-face, and apps

  • Support students and direct them to relevant wellbeing services

  • Address and resolve student requests and complaints

  • Sales and Marketing

  • Manage sales pipeline from initial contact to check-in

  • Customize booking approaches and follow up on leads

  • Maintain records using Hubspot

  • Conduct property tours and assist in promotional events

  • Create content for social media and prepare tenant documentation

  • Administration

  • Handle general administrative tasks (phones, emails, filing)

  • Liaise with partners and stakeholders

  • Ensure high property presentation standards

  • Manage debt and tenancy processes

  • Safety and Compliance

  • Conduct property inspections

  • Prioritize maintenance requests

  • Ensure compliance with building codes and health regulations

Key Skills and Capabilities
