  • The Community Podiatrist provides expert foot and lower limb care to a diverse patient population within the community, with a focus on preventive, diagnostic, and rehabilitative services.
  • This role involves working closely with other healthcare providers, supporting patients with diabetes, elderly individuals, and those with chronic conditions to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent further complications.
  • This position is ideal for a compassionate professional who enjoys working with a variety of patients and is committed to promoting foot health within the community.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of foot and lower limb conditions, including infections, deformities, and biomechanical issues.
  • Preventive Care: Educate patients and their families on foot care practices, especially in high-risk populations such as diabetic or elderly individuals, to prevent serious complications.
  • Rehabilitation: Work with patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness to regain optimal function, focusing on improving mobility and alleviating discomfort.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in health promotion initiatives, workshops, and screening events to increase awareness of podiatric health in the community.
