The Role: Manufacturing Operative
Salary: £11.98 p/h
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6.15am – 2.15pm / 2.15pm – 10.15pm – rotating weekly
Permanent nights Monday to Friday 10pm- 6am
The Manufacturing Operative will report into the Production Team Leader on the shop floor..
The Manufacturing Operative role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and relishes being hands-on. You must have experience operating power tools and have a keen eye for detail.
Duties and responsibilities of the Manufacturing Operative include:
- Quality checking product
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality
- Monitor and control manufacturing and operational processes in the designated zone
- Maintain accurate records of equipment operation and production activities
- Complete necessary paperwork or digital documentation where required
- Adhere to health and safety protocols
