Our client, a large manufacturing organisation with growth within the last year is seeking a FP&A Manager to join their team in Staffordshire. The successful candidate will have the chance to make a significant impact on the business by providing key insights that influence decision-making. What you'll do:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company
- Work closely with senior management to quantify growth opportunities and prioritise resources
- Develop forecasting models and methodologies
- Analyse complex financial information and provide accurate financial recommendations to management
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency
What you bring:
- Proven experience in a similar role within finance
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
- Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels
