Buttons Recruitment are working with our client to find them a Clinical lead for one of their homes in Lowestoft. Our client is a well-established care provider who are on the lookout for someone who wants to join an expanding company and has the experience to work closely with the Nurses and Carers to Maintain the highest level of clinical care.

They are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong clinical skillset
- Confidence to lead a nursing team.
- Able to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
- Able to train, support and mentor others.
- Passion for promoting best nursing practice
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of adults, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and Compliance
Must have a current NMC Pin Registration with a minimum of 6 months Post-registration experience within the UK
