Broster Buchanan are working with a high growth and complex business services organisation, experiencing a time of rapid growth and operational expansion. My client is looking for a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead a finance team, working closely with multiple stakeholders and overseas entities.
As Financial Controller, you will play a crucial leadership role, managing a large finance team and being responsible for Accounts Payable, Management Accounts, Tax and the Transformation of Financial Controls and Processes. You will work closely with senior management and various stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial operations across multiple business units, including our overseas entities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in managing finance teams
- Demonstrated experience in driving transformation of financial controls and processes
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams across multiple entities and collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage relationships across all levels of the business.
- Experience working in a multi-entity, international organisation is a strong advantage.
