Yacht Shipping Coordinator - Liner
Our client is a well-established, leading shipping company, whose core business is more specialist cargo, moving a variety of yachts and more around the world.
They are looking to recruit a Yacht Shipping Coordinator Liner to join their team in Southampton.
The Role:
As Yacht Shipping Coordinator you will be responsible for Coordinate all aspects of yacht shipping, including cradling, insurance, wrapping, customs, and surveying, schedule and route yachts efficiently plus ensuring timely deliveries and improve service.
The successful candidate will need to manage the shipping documentation, including Customs paperwork and Bills of Lading.
You would also need to stay updated on international shipping regulations and build strong relationships with key stakeholders for smooth operations.
Along with your operational duties, you will need to display your commercial awareness and given the nature of the industry your ability to problem solve in a timely manner.
Essential Criteria:
- Marine industry knowledge – yacht / project cargo
- Experience in Cargo Securing and Maritime regulations.
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- Excellent customer service / communication skills
- Be adaptable to working irregular hours and traveling extensively.

Salary & Benefits:
This company is looking to pay a very competitive salary - £30k - £35k -Depending on experience for the right candidate.
