Management Accountant
Salary: £40-48k
Location: Derby (Hybrid Working Model)

As a Management Accountant, you will report to the Finance Manager, playing a key role in tracking financial performance, providing critical financial information, forecasting and analysis, and guiding strategic decision-making for a key division within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Management Accounts: Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts for a division of the business
- KPI Analysis: Production and analysis of key performance indicators to support business decision-making.
- Budget Preparation: Develop and manage annual budgets.
- Audit Management: Prepare for and oversee external audits.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with key operational stakeholders to drive financial and strategic decisions.
Experience and Qualifications
This role is ideally suited to a newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) keen to join a business with exceptional opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong financial accounting skills with demonstrable experience.
- The ability to add commercial value and partner closely with key business stakeholders.
- A passion for creating efficiencies and providing quality financial analysis.
- Experience within a high-growth manufacturing business is desirable but not essential.
