Construction Built Lecturer
- Hourly Rate: £28 - £34

- Job Type: Temporary (2 days per week, Monday and Tuesday preferred)
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Built Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching for levels 1-3. This temporary role is ideal for an individual with a passion for construction and education, looking to inspire and educate the next generation of professionals in the built environment sector.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Prepare and deliver lectures and coursework in construction for levels 1-3.
- Engage with students to facilitate and encourage a high level of academic achievement.
- Assess and evaluate student work, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Develop and update course materials to ensure they remain relevant and up-to-date with industry standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a construction-related field.
- Relevant industry experience within the construction sector.
- Previous teaching experience or a teaching qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student success and providing a supportive learning environment.
