Registered Manager Children's Residential

We're seeking a Registered Manager to lead our client's team and create a nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive. Key Responsibilities:

  • Autonomous Leadership: Take full ownership of your home, ensuring the smooth daily operation and creating a supportive environment for young people.
  • Inspiring Leadership: Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and support, fostering a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of care and quality within your home.
  • Team Development: Facilitate the professional development of your team, supporting their growth and career progression.
  • Recruitment and Culture: Assist in recruiting a compassionate team and foster a workplace culture where colleagues feel valued and rewarded.
  • Care Plans and Support: Design, implement, and monitor care and education plans tailored to individual needs, promoting life and independent skills development.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare).
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted home rated good or above, with experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviors.
  • Possess a full UK driving license.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of relevant legislations and regulations.
