RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To carry out daily microbiological analysis of products and raw materials.
- To follow procedures diligently and work efficiently to meet daily targets.
- To maintain laboratory supplies as required.
- To adhere at all times to the health and safety working practices within the laboratory.
- To provide QC laboratory and quality reports as required.
- To carry out product quality testing as required.
- To maintain laboratory test methods and work instructions.
- To train manufacturing team members in quality testing and hygiene practices.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a minimum of GCSE's in mathematics, and two science subjects. Laboratory Experience is desirable.
