This role involves supporting three Account Managers and the Marketing team through a blend of administrative tasks, project management, marketing, and financial responsibilities. Ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience in co-ordination, marketing or project management, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to a thriving team.
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside and supporting the Account Director and Account Managers to develop and implement project plans
- Liaising with clients and facilitators regarding programme scheduling and managing client meetings
- Coordinating and booking client meetings based on diary availability and managing diary conflicts.
- Marketing support - providing input to content development.
- Compiling and summarising project feedback documents.
- Support the Account Director with the completion of proposals.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and maintain content ensuring the CRM is up to date
- Assisting with logging/tracking of team expenses and receipts.
- Assisting with keeping the annual forecast and planning sheet up to date.
- Generating invoice status reports
- Monitoring and tracking project hours against project scope.
- General administration including the office is fully stocked
- Coordinating and scheduling internal team meetings.

- Must be a super organised team player
- Experience of working in a marketing or events team is beneficial
- Digital experience – used to learning new applications and working virtually, including use of Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, or similar (e.g., Google)
