Programme Co-ordinator

**Join a vibrant and dynamic business renowned for fostering lasting client relationships. This role involves supporting three Account Managers and the Marketing team through a blend of administrative tasks, project management, marketing, and financial responsibilities. Ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience in co-ordination, marketing or project management, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to a thriving team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside and supporting the Account Director and Account Managers to develop and implement project plans
  • Liaising with clients and facilitators regarding programme scheduling and managing client meetings
  • Coordinating and booking client meetings based on diary availability and managing diary conflicts.
  • Marketing support - providing input to content development.
  • Compiling and summarising project feedback documents.
  • Support the Account Director with the completion of proposals.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and maintain content ensuring the CRM is up to date
  • Assisting with logging/tracking of team expenses and receipts.
  • Assisting with keeping the annual forecast and planning sheet up to date.
  • Generating invoice status reports
  • Monitoring and tracking project hours against project scope.
  • General administration including the office is fully stocked
  • Coordinating and scheduling internal team meetings.

**Person profile

  • Must be a super organised team player
  • Experience of working in a marketing or events team is beneficial
  • Digital experience – used to learning new applications and working virtually, including use of Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, or similar (e.g., Google)
  • Team player

  • Confident speaking at all levels

  • Confident in writing content
