Supply Chain Administrator

This is an admin / coordinator role reporting to the Supply Chain Lead

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Placing purchase orders, tracking progress to ensure timely delivery and proactively addressing any delays.
  • Monitoring inventory to ensure adequate supply for forecast demands.
  • Coordinating shipments, customs clearance, and distribution activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing relationships with logistics partners to Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
  • Working with the Quality team to ensure effective supplier oversight and qualification.
  • Adhering to quality control processes to minimise risk of product contamination, or other quality related issues.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in regulations related to procurement and logistics.

You must be able to work autonomously, be computer litearte and have good attention to detail.
