Office Manager wanted for a Luxury Assets Business

Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Location: City of London

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented professional ready to make an impact? We're looking for an Office Manager to join my Client's team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of their office, retail store, and e-commerce ventures.

Join this team, to manage multiple sites, drive operational efficiency, and uphold our brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Develop and implement policies to streamline processes across our core business areas.

Facilities & Site Management: Ensure office and retail spaces are well-maintained, safe, and compliant.

Office Administration: Oversee daily admin tasks, manage contracts, and own HubSpot CRM for optimal efficiency.

Financial Oversight: Work with finance on budgeting, VAT returns, and financial reporting.

Supplier & Warehouse Management: Coordinate logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

6+ years of office management experience in a fast-paced corporate environment

Proven leadership overseeing multiple sites and external vendors

A collaborative leader who fosters teamwork and encourages continuous improvement.

Strong financial skills (budgeting, reporting) and CRM (HubSpot) experience

Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software such as Xero, QuickBooks

Familiarity with logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations

Experience in luxury or high-profile settings is a plus
