2 year contract role – full time – 2 days from the office 3 days from home

At Another we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to work in a fast-paced business based on the outskirts of Harrogate. You will provide a comprehensive recruitment management service whilst supporting, coaching and developing the talent acquisition team.

  • Leading and managing the recruitment team and function business wide. Providing ongoing support, coaching and development to the team
  • With the support of Recruiters and Recruitment Administrator, you will advise hiring managers on the full recruitment cycle, including identifying the recruitment needs, ensuring adverts are published in time for hiring cohorts for entry level talent.
  • Ensuring job descriptions are accurate and up to date, advising on the best methods of selection for roles and interviewing techniques through to appointing the best candidate for the role.
  • You will take an active lead in recruiting to key positions.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements before advising on appropriate advertising and marketing vacancies and facilitating these through to completion.
  • You will create, review and evaluate job descriptions and person specifications for all roles ensuring consistency
  • You will ensure that the delivery of the recruitment team is in line with business priorities.
  • You will ensure that the timescales and hiring plan is positioned to deliver for both entry level intakes, volume and none volume roles,
  • Working with the marketing team, you will ensure the brand message and EVP are aligned across all talent acquisition materials. You will work closely with our marketing, brand and content team to ensure that we are making best use of opportunities to attract the best people.
  • Ensuring ED&I is consistent in all areas of attracting talent into the business.
  • Evaluating the recruitment process and making improvements where necessary.
  • Produce KPI that measure talent acquisition, time to hire, cost to hire.
  • You will ensure all recruitment and staffing requests are in line with the policies and procedures.
  • You will deliver training to key personnel who have responsibility for recruitment to ensure a consistent and high standard of information is delivered consistent.
  • Review and maintain all recruitment templates and assessment materials.
  • Maintain effective filing systems and ensure personal data is stored appropriately and in line with Trust policy and UK GDPR.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • It is essential for you to have proven experience of successfully managing and developing teams.
  • Proven experience of operating as a professional internal recruiter
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of the importance of customer relations
  • Ability to coach and mentor
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft packages and general IT skills to be able to produce quality reports, documents and presentations along with creating and managing data.
  • Highly self-motivated, professional and have exceptional time management and organisation skills.
