Senior Lettings Negotiator

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our residential Lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in securing new business and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Day to day of the role:
- Generate and book valuations, conducting occasional market appraisals/valuations to secure instructed properties.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximise the overall income and profitability of our office.
- Grow the volume of new lettings business and income production to the branch.
- Support the Lettings Manager by directing and leading the operations of the Lettings team.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer care and meet and exceed targets for lettings business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a Lettings Negotiator in a senior role, with a proven track record in securing new business.
- Listing and valuation experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and a high level of customer service skills.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
